These terms apply to your use of rfbroadcast.com and to all orders placed with RF Broadcast, which is operated by The Bruno Group LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show products accurately. Product images, specifications and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice. Minor differences may occur. If you need to confirm a specification before ordering, contact sales@rfbroadcast.com.

Pricing and availability

• Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. Some items are sourced from distribution partners and may be subject to lead times.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that product, even after it is confirmed, and refund any payment made.
• Items marked “Call for Quote” or “Request a Quote” are priced by individual quote. A quote is valid only for the period stated on it.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product or confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud; if we cancel, any payment taken will be refunded. Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms are agreed in writing.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Warranty

Products are covered only by their manufacturer’s warranty. Except for that warranty, products are sold “as is”, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Installation and use

Broadcast and RF equipment must be installed and operated by qualified persons and in compliance with all applicable laws and licensing requirements, including FCC rules. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses needed to operate transmission equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Bruno Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue or downtime, arising from the purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Website use

All content on this site is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Manufacturer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
