The Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65 Body is a monumental digital cinema system that introduces the sheer visual power of 65mm medium format to the Blackmagic ecosystem, arriving ready to shoot. Built around a colossal 55.9 x 23.32mm RGBW sensor offering an unprecedented 17,520 x 8,040 native resolution and 16 stops of dynamic range, this camera delivers the coveted IMAX-style 65mm aesthetic for premium large-format (PLF) theatrical releases.

What makes this specific package indispensable is the inclusion of the ultra-fast 8TB Blackmagic Media Module directly out of the box. Capturing uncompressed 17K Blackmagic RAW generates a massive amount of data that standard CFexpress cards simply cannot sustain. By bundling the body with this custom-engineered 8TB NVMe storage module, Blackmagic guarantees zero dropped frames and uninterrupted high-speed recording. Paired with 10G Ethernet for real-time Blackmagic Cloud syncing, this turnkey 65mm package bridges the gap between massive on-set acquisition and instant post-production.
